1. Eyes Of Summer
Out in the dark,
At home on the edge.
I'm climbing on top of the world.
As north wind blows,
I stand on a ledge,
With burning green eyes at the wall.
I'm running free!
The Eyes of Summer will carry me north.
To my destiny after the the fall.
Seeking the secrets of forgotten forces.
Awakening beyond the wall.
Learning to fly with my unopened eye,
Yearning to fly with the raven so high.
Run to the north,
Across barren waste.
You'll find me inside of your dreams.
In haunted woods,
Where others await.
And nothing's as safe as it seems.
Deliver Me!
2. Stormborn
Blood of the dragon, flows through my heart.
A silver maiden born to be bought.
My brothers torment I've ever known.
Waking the dragon against his own.
For all the pain that you had wrought,
I never thought,
This day would ever come.
Love, hate, pain, suffering.
The cycle starts again with every day.
I lived your design,
Naive in truth 'till my destiny took me away.
So my sun and stars,
My hero from afar,
Go give the king his crown of gold.
The beggar king had dared to raise his sword.
In the peaceful hall of the horselords.
Some little part of me would set him free.
Instead he'll die this night, by my decree.
3. We Do Not Sow (The Legacy Of Black Harren, Part I)
Black ships are sailing in the night.
I'm drunk and looking for a fight.
A distant light appears, as the dark waves turn.
Let's steal their lives, and watch the village burn!
Sail the stormy seas-Stand proud and free.
Claiming meat and mead-I'll take the shores.
And salt wife whores, never ending, I need more.
We're Ironborn, we rape, we reave and..
Carve out our kingdom on distant shores.
Black Harren's longships sailing out.
Taking rewards we do not sow.
My axe lusts for bone and gore.
Lust as the Iron men of yore.
The drowned god made us to be strong.
We write our names in blood, fire and song!
...What is dead may never die...
Let your servant be born again from the sea.
As you were.
Bless him with salt, bless him with stone.
Bless him with steel.
What is dead may never die, but rises again.
Harder and stronger.
...What is dead may never die...
So we sail for morning sun.
Toward future conquest to be won.
Our mighty race shall reign on high.
We'll rule until the whole world dies!
4. Blackwater Rush
Raise the chain
and trap their ships against the current and the walls
Pick off the traitors one by one
Our catapults rain down a vicious brew
that burns a deadly hue
Their blood shall stain the river's run
In flames this battle shall be won
Green fire burns this night
Islands of floating death on waters high
Setting men and ships alight
This horror raining down from smokey skies
Green fire shines so bright
Lighting the waters of gruesome fate below
Many men shall die tonight
Bearing witness to the pyromancer's show
"Halfman!" they cry
My men rush forth to take their lives
This night we will not let the city fall
"Halfman!" they cry
I thrust my axe into the sky
This night I will not let our kingdom fall
Just past the gates
The muddy soil has claimed the victims of the flames
I take my men across the gorey waste
The beach is riddled with ruined ships
and ruined corpses scorched and torn
Those who braved the waters and reached the shore
shall die by the sword
5. The Bloody Meadow
I am the king of rhymes.
I'll choose the songs you will here tonight.
Just drink up your wine,
And think not of tomorrow's fight.
So I take you far away,
To times of oldand, maidens fair as day.
And heroe's legend told.
In blood and steel you'll see.
Immortal songs of victory.
I keep eternal life,
My songs will live on, though I shall die.
So think not on strife,
Or what may come at battlecry.
When our eyes grow dim and pale,
The songs remain to tell the tale.
So take up your sword in hand.
Even as the last man dies.
Cry out loud and make your final stand.
And my song shall rise.
And red the grass beneath his feet,
And red his banners bright,
And red the glow of settig sun.
That bathed him in its light.
"Come on, come on" the great lord called.
"My sword is hungry still".
And with a cray of savage rage,
They swarmed across the hill.
So I take you far away, to times of old.
And maindes fair as the day,
And heroe's legends told.
In blood and steel you'll see.
Immortal song your desitiny.
I saw the seed of song.
All hear the tales I tell, of days bygone.
Of right and wrong,
And life and death under the sun.
Now hear the legend and lore.
These songs live on forever more.
And there he stood with sword in hand,
The last of Darry's ten.
I sing your song this night,
A tale of rebellion's tragic end.
Like second sight,
Recall the day you fell again.
Then you drew your final breath,
Immortal life given in death.
And red the grass beneath his feet,
And red his banners bright,
And red the glow of settig sun.
That bathed him in its light.
"Come on, come on" the great lord called.
"My sword is hungry still".
And with a cray of savage rage,
They swarmed across the hill.
6. Dragonflight
On the northern wind we fly
Our dragonmounts block out the sky
From icy wood to distant shores
All heathens feel our mighty swords
With dragonfire and clash of steel
We take their lives and burn their fields
The gods declare this land our right
Behold the mighty dragonflight
Let retribution come this night
For gold and glory... we die!
WE DIE!!!
In conquest we find peace of mind
Our lands grow vast, men fear our kind
Before our gods they all shall kneel
Or spill their blood upon The Wheel
With clash of steel and dragonfire
This town shall be a funeral pyre
The gods declare this land our right
Behold the mighty dragonflight
Let retribution come this night
For gold and glory... we die!
7. The Long Night
Ride and fight!
We shall die tonight!
The demon hordes are coming here
They need our blood, they're drawing near
Ride and fight!
The end comes this night!
We will defend our dying land
No turning back, this is our stand
Boys and men of elder years
Women and children holding spears
Wild eyes dart, filled with fear
The evil force is drawing near
We can not run, we can not hide
There is no time for us to bide
Our final stand here, side by side
It's time to make our last ride
Don't cry now, don't shed a tear
Though the end comes, you will feel no fear
When all is done on this night
We will meet again in the afterlife
WE WILL MEET AGAIN
The blood flows from my wounds
This battle will be my last
The life fades from my breath
This battle will be our last
8. Watchers On The Wall
Imprisoned for so long
I forgot the light of day
Until the man in black came for me
He said he wanted me for the wall
I gladly agreed
To save my life and be free
So now I will take the black
For my freedom and honor
I shall give my life
Brothers now join in this watch
We will walk on the Wall
for the rest of our lives
I'll be one of the brave and few
Speak this oath by old gods and new
By the walls of Castle Black
I swear to raise my sword
and defend all of Westeros
We are watchers on the Wall
We are the brothers of the night
We are the ravens in the snow
We are the keepers of the light
Night gathers, and our watch begins.
Tonight the dead shall rise
This night is colder than ever
The Wall stands silently
I smell a stench on the breeze
A soft noise from behind
I hear distant shuffling
Something evil is coming for me
It shall not end until my death.
I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children.
I shall wear no crowns and win no glory.
I shall live and die at my post.
I am the sword in the darkness.
I am the watcher on the walls.
I am the fire that burns against the cold,
the light that brings the dawn,
the horn that wakes the sleepers,
the shield that guards the realms of men.
I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch,
for this night and all the nights to come.
9. Towers Of Hubris (The Legacy Of Black Harren, Part II)
Towers of pride
Harren's hand over God's Eye
A testament to his Ironborn hubris
Touching the sky
Black fingers reaching high
No greater castle should ever rise
These halls of broken stone
Shall bleed your life and throne
The ghosts of Harrenhal
Now guard these cursed walls
Don't you know, these walls can not defend
What you sow, your pride shall be your end
No where to go, these walls are closing in
No where to go, the dragon fire descends
Dragon lords rise
Flying down from the hillside
To conquer and bring Harren's demise
Touching the sky
Firey fingers reaching high
Burning all who remained inside
The haunted halls
Whisper secrets at nightfall
Telling tales of Harren's downfall
Beware of pride
That blinds your eyes
For all who live here will surely die
10. Winter Comes
The north wind blows bringing this summer to an end
It's been the longest one by memories of men
Some say a grim omen of long winter to come
I say a welcome to its unforgotten song
A man in black comes fleeing from the northern Wall
I bring my sword down and I see his head fall
My son and bastard race off toward the castle
But on the way they find a corpse in the snow
A rotting bitch with bloody neck wound
Six direwolves came from her womb
Three to my sons, two for my daughters
One white as snow left to the bastard
Winter comes hailing troubled times for the future of our world
We'll stand and endure the cold 'til the summer comes again
A banner waves a crowned stag on golden field
My friend and king arrives and so I bend to kneel
He would have none of it and bid his friend to stand
He comes to ask my place be at his right hand
Should I agree I'd leave my home and family
Should I refuse I would dishonor my fealty
Hand of the King – I'll rule in the king's stead
Though with this power comes a target on my head
A direwolf of my name's banner
Had taken antler to the neck
Could this be my kin's future
I dread to think what happens next
To the Keep, where the truth lies buried beneath a web of lies
I'll seek the answer to the riddle left to me
The last Hand had left the secret
His final words on tortured breath
"The seed is strong," but not of Robert
And now he rides off to his death
My friend is dead and I find myself caught up now
in this Game of Thrones you win or die,
so my fate is sealed this day
WINTER COMES!
